Hi, I’m Nathan, a handsome 5-year-old black kitty with a heart as sweet as can be! I came to Elevated Communities Cat Cafe from a high-intake shelter in

Texas, and I’m so grateful to have a safe place to call home while I wait for my forever family.

I can be a little shy at first, so I may need some time to feel comfortable and

get to know you. But once I warm up, you’ll discover that I’m a very loving and affectionate boy who has so much love to give!

I’m looking for a patient family who will let me come out of my shell at my

Meet Buzz!

Buzz is a handsome 4-year-old boy who made the journey all the way from Hawaii in search of his forever home. While he may be a little shy at first, don't let his quiet demeanor fool you—this sweet guy has so much love to give.

With a little patience and kindness, Buzz blossoms into an affectionate companion who absolutely loves being petted. Once you've earned his trust, he'll happily soak up all the attention and show you just how grateful he is to have found his person.

Felix is a 4-year-old sweetheart with a gentle soul and so much love to give. He has been diagnosed with HCM (a heart condition), but don’t let that worry you—he does great with his care and takes his nightly medication easily right in his dinner.

This handsome boy is all about the snuggles. Felix loves being close to his people, soaking up affection, and enjoying quiet, cozy moments together. He has a calm, loving presence that makes him the perfect companion for a peaceful home.

Felix is looking for someone with a big heart who can give him the simple routine he needs and all the love he deserves. In return, he’ll be your loyal cuddle buddy and constant source of comfort.

 Red Poppy is a very handsome 3-year-old Snowshoe with striking gray and white coloring and the most vibrant blue eyes! This beautiful boy definitely knows how to make an entrance.

Red Poppy is a big fan of the simple things in life—cozy naps, relaxing, and plenty of head scratches. He’s a bit of an independent guy and prefers to keep some space between himself and the other cats at the café. That said, he’s slowly warming up to his feline roommates and showing us more of his sweet personality every day.

Hi, I’m Lucas Scott. I’m a quiet, sensitive guy who believes the best relationships shouldn’t be rushed. I struggle with transitions, so please don’t expect me to move in and start planning our future together on the first date. I need a little time to make sure you’re trustworthy, emotionally available and, most importantly, skilled at butt scratches.

I’m not really into public displays of affection, being held or excessive cuddling. I prefer a more mature relationship where we enjoy each other’s company from a comfortable distance. I’ll watch you cook dinner, supervise your household activities and quietly keep you company without demanding constant attention.  Hey, I’m Shay-La — one year old, emotionally complex, and yes… I have anxiety. But honestly, who doesn’t these days? I take my meds, do my self-care, and I’m thriving.

Once I found my groove, I realized I actually love life — climbing to the highest spot in the room, chasing toys with alarming precision, and ending my day tucked under the covers with my foster mom. I’m the perfect mix of playful and affectionate, just with a touch of “please don’t startle me.”

My dream career? Something flexible, maybe remote — emotional support consultant, weighted blanket tester, or professional cozy-vibes curator. I take work-life balance very seriously.

I’d do great with another chill cat friend to vibe with, but it’s not a dealbreaker. What I really need is a calm home, a patient heart, and someone who gets that a little anxiety doesn’t stop you from living your best nine lives.

Trinity is a 1.5-year-old brown tabby with a sweet personality and a little bit of a “queen of the castle” vibe!  She loves finding a nice high perch where she can sit back and watch everything happening below. But don’t let her keep her distance for too long—when Trinity is ready for attention, she’ll happily rub right up against you to let you know it’s time for pets!

She also loves sitting beside her favorite humans for some cozy snuggle time. Trinity is the perfect mix of independent and affectionate, and she’s ready to find someone who will love her for all her sweet little quirks. 

Twinkle is a beautiful 1-year-old calico kitty who made her way to us all the way from Oahu! 

This sweet girl is slowly coming out of her shell at the café and learning that people can be pretty wonderful. She loves to perch up high and watch the world from her safe space. Once she trusts you, she’s ready for head scratches, pets, and all the love!

Twinkle is playful, chatty, affectionate, and has a whole lot of love to give. She just needs a little patience and time to let her true personality shine.

 Sun is a sweet, petite 1-year-old kitty who made her way to us all the way from Oahu! 

This playful little muppet is a big fan of feather toys, string, and Churu treats. She’s still getting comfortable in her new surroundings and isn’t quite ready to be held just yet, but she’s slowly learning to trust and will happily accept gentle head scratches from her favorite humans. 

With a little patience, love, and plenty of playtime, Sunny is sure to keep blossoming into the sweetest little companion. Come meet this adorable girl and help her feel right at home! 

 Linda is a playful young lady! She has recently raised and weaned three kittens of her own, whom have been adopted. so Linda is ready for a home of her own. She does well with other cats and has “adopted” some kittens that were not her own. Her maternal instincts are strong. She is social and friendly and eager to be apart of your family!! 

Mabel is a 6-month-old bundle of sweetness who would love nothing more than to curl up in your lap and be your best friend. She’s a true lap cat and professional snuggler with plenty of kitten energy. She loves springs and string toys, belly rubs, and showering her people with love!

Mabel is looking for an adult-only home, possibly with no other pets. Her family must be exceptionally tidy and vigilant about keeping small objects, clothing, string, hair ties, plastic, toys, and other tempting items out of reach.

Mabel needs people who will make her safety a daily priority. In return, she’ll give you endless cuddles, playful antics, and her whole heart. She’s looking for the right forever home that understands her special needs and will keep her safe!

Julesburg came to us with his mama Aurora from an overcrowded shelter in New Mexico, where he was born. He is the most gorgeous fluffy and talkative boy, had the most beautiful amber eyes, and he is going to be a big fluffy lion as he grows into an adult. He absolutely loves to eat, he loves to play, he loves his person or people and loves attention and he’s great with other cats. He would be a great buddy to Stratton or would go nicely with his mama Aurora if someone wanted to take two kitties home. 

 Stratton came to me by chance. I happened to see a posting on a Lost and Found Cats Facebook page for eastern Colorado by a lady who was trying to give him away to somebody who could help bottle feed him and help with his injured leg. I made contact with the lady and drove out to eastern Colorado one evening to rescue him. At the time he was only 2 weeks old and his leg was very raw and had an open sore, and his feral mom had actually rejected him. The kind people that found him found him screaming his head off in their backyard by himself in the grass. Mama wanted nothing to do with him most likely because of his injured leg. Stratton’s leg is most likely this way due to the umbilical cord being wrapped around it and the blood supply being cut off. It was determined once he grew and was big enough to be neutered that the rest of his leg needed to be amputated so that there would not be any fear of infection later in life. Stratton was bottle fed for 2 weeks by his foster mom, making him an absolute sweetheart and craving human attention. Once it was established he was healthy, his foster mom introduced him to mama Aurora and her babies, and she immediately took him in and adopted him as her own. He absolutely loves his mama! Stratton is magnificent in looks and in his character and personality. He’s the sweetest, most loving lap kitty and then he can be a feisty and playful hilarious kitten at the same time. It’s a miracle that he is even alive and he deserves the best life! He is named after the town where he was born in eastern Colorado. 

Everest is a stunning white kitten with the most gorgeous ice-blue eyes! He may be Coolio’s older brother—or at least a close cousin—and these two definitely seem to share some family resemblance.

Everest is a wet food fanatic and absolutely loves being stroked while he enjoys his meal. Turn on the purr motor, because this sweet boy will purr and purr! 

He can be a little particular about how he likes things. Everest doesn’t enjoy being chased, but when he’s comfortable and things are on his terms, he is easy to handle and enjoys attention.

Everest was born on a farm in Frederick and is now ready to trade farm life for a loving forever home where he can relax, enjoy plenty of wet food, and show off those incredible blue eyes.

Ruby Tuesday is proof that not every kitten feels the need to cause complete and total chaos.

Refined, relaxed, and wonderfully laid-back, Ruby prefers to take life as it comes. While her siblings are busy starting the kitten equivalent of a mosh pit, she’s perfectly happy enjoying the show and deciding whether it’s worth getting involved.

She’s still a playful kitten and needs a feline companion, but she brings a lovely, easygoing energy to the group. Ruby must be adopted with a buddy or into a home with a young, playful resident cat.

She may be named for a Rolling Stones song, but this Ruby would much rather gather some moss, find a comfy spot, and enjoy the good life. 

Meet Kei, an adorable 4-month-old orange tabby kitten with a sweet little face and an even sweeter personality! Did you know that most orange tabbies are boys? That's right! This beautiful little lady is part of the less common group of female orange tabbies, making her an extra-special ginger gem! 🧡

Kei is a gentle, sensitive soul who prefers to take things at her own pace. She might be a little shy when you first meet her, but don't mistake her quiet nature for a lack of love! Give her a little patience, kindness, and time to build trust, and she'll reward you by approaching for those oh-so-wonderful head scratches.

She's not one to demand the spotlight or make a big fuss. Instead, Kei has a soft, sweet way of showing affection that makes earning her trust feel extra special. Watching this little girl gain confidence and blossom into a loving companion will be such a rewarding experience!
