House rules

Please note, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave if they do not follow the rules or are disruptive. 

1. Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when you enter the cat cafe.
2. Eating & drinking are allowed in the cat cafe but no outside food or drinks. Please watch your items so the cats don't consume them.
3. Picking up cats: Please ask the staff before picking up the cats. Some may not like being picked up and prefer to play.
4. Watch the doors. When entering or exiting, one door must be closed at all times to ensure the cats stay inside. 
5. 90-minute cat visits: Cat lounge visits are 90 minutes long but only enforced during busy times/days to ensure everyone gets the chance to visit.
6. Reservations: We accept walk-ins but reservations are recommended for weekends and holiday breaks. 

General cat etiquette:

1. Be gentle with the cats. Please don't chase cats. If they walk away after you pet them, they are done being petted. Not all cats like being picked up, so please ask the cat lounge attendant first.
2. Cats get scared easily! Please no running, jumping, stomping, throwing, or yelling.
3. Cats sleep a lot. Please don't wake the cats, but give them lots of pets for happy dreams.
4. Take lots of pictures! Please tag us!!
5. Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult. There should be one adult per two children. We ask that adults and children be together when they meet and interact with our cats. Please note that guardians are responsible for their minors' actions and should ensure they follow the rules.
